Roberto Di Massa - Instructor and Consultant

 

Born in Ischia in 1977, by age 15 Roberto had already begun to learn the art of pizzamaking from a master pizzamaker in his home town. Over the years, Roberto has traveled and learned from the greatest pizza artisans across Italy and the world. 

Starting as a manager at a local pizzeria and brewery on the island of Ischia, Roberto eventually opened the Pizzeria Torino in collaboration with others in 2007. 

Today, he does independent consultant working with companies and associations for training with AVPN and the Pizza System Insititute in Italy and abroad.
