All our training courses will not certify you as a professional Pizzaiolo and the certificate that you will receive at the end of the course will demonstrate your successful attendance of the training class. With this certificate the pizzaiolo agrees to follow the guideline of our Association during all his professional career following the way and the tradition of the old masters pizza makers, ensuring that the true Neapolitan pizza will never be altered over the time. The certificate applies to the single person who passed the exam and cannot be transferred to any other individual or used by the pizzeria where the pizzaiolo is working to be shown as membership of the Association. The AVPN restaurant/pizzeria certification requires another procedure. See "Get Certified".
Cost
Basic Course (1 day of about 8 hours): US$ 590
Regular Course (3 days of about 6 hours a day): US$ 1,750
Intensive Course (5 days ofabout 6 hours a day): US$ 2,750
Specialty Course (1 day of about 8 hour): US$ 650
The cost includes:
– T–shirts.
– Aprons.
– Pizzaiolo red hat.
– Pizzaiolo red handkerchief.
– New tutorial handbook (with pictures and recipes).
– 3 hours stage at the Pizzeria Settebello (for the Regular and Extensive Course).
– Gift basket.
